Can’t speak highly enough of DB alarms. Rang on a Friday evening as my alarm was going off and I couldn’t turn it off. A friendly gentleman answered and talked me through a process to turn off and re-set as the battery back-up was weak and had re-set the settings. Spent a good 20 minutes on the phone only to find out he was on holiday in Spain and had taken time out to help me. Wow! You just don’t expect this kind of services nowadays unfortunately but when you do it restores your faith. Absolute legend! Thank you!

We had D B Alarms fit 3 colour night vision cameras and hard drive which were neatly and discreetly installed. The team were knowledgeable and offered a competitive and comprehensive quote. Once the system was fully fitted we were given a detailed tutorial and set up to both myself and wife’s smartphones. We have had no issues with the system and works well away from home and any support we have needed since has been dealt with straight away. D B Alarms installed CCTV, new outdoor lighting and updated my alarm at a time that fitted in with an awkward shift pattern and with the minimum disruption.Not the cheapest CCTV system on the market but well worth the extra cost for the quality of the equipment, the quality of the picture both during the day and night is exceptional from the 6mp cameras.Mark and Matthews took great care in positioning the three cameras to give the greatest coverage but informed us that they would be happy to return to reposition one or even all of them if after a week of use we thought it necessary. I doubt if we will need to take them up on this offer.All in all a good quality, user friendly system and great service.

Mark and Matt did a great job in updating my 20 year old alarm system and for a very good price too.Had a slight hitch with a faulty PIR triggering the alarm but a quick phone call to Mark and the problem was resolved within the hour.Well done guys id have no hesitation in recommending DB Alarms.Footnote…Here we are two years down and a slight problem with the keypad.One phone call and it’s fixed the same day in 10 minutes(dust under the keypad)excellent service.Took out a service plan too which covered any alarm breakdowns,worked out at £1.50 a week,no brainer really.Keep up the good work guys.

Having a house alarm, is the last expense on one’s needs in the past But is now become the most item on one’s list of priorities. D B Alarms had a professional and caring attitude throughout, from protecting your floor area with dust sheets to sitting down and explaining thoroughly how the system works, as well as setting up the cameras for your devices, well worth 5 stars. D B Alarms are clean, neat and well worth a call if you need any form of security device installing. The cameras I had installed are superb and the picture is crystal clear.

Matt came out and fitted a security camera system. Due to dodgy internet it took longer than expected but he got the job done. Fantastic.Two years later we asked him to fit an alarm system. Again, got the job done and even put up with us asking a thousand question. On installation, both Matt and Josh were respectful and left everywhere clean and tidy. The new system was fully explained and Matt was on hand if needed. We had a few tweeks that had to be made due to our dog and us having replacement windows and doors but both Matt and Josh sorted this efficiently.
