Can’t speak highly enough of DB alarms. Rang on a Friday evening as my alarm was going off and I couldn’t turn it off. A friendly gentleman answered and talked me through a process to turn off and re-set as the battery back-up was weak and had re-set the settings. Spent a good 20 minutes on the phone only to find out he was on holiday in Spain and had taken time out to help me. Wow! D B Alarms installed CCTV, new outdoor lighting and updated my alarm at a time that fitted in with an awkward shift pattern and with the minimum disruption.Not the cheapest CCTV system on the market but well worth the extra cost for the quality of the equipment, the quality of the picture both during the day and night is exceptional from the 6mp cameras.Mark and Matthews took great care in positioning the three cameras to give the greatest coverage but informed us that they would be happy to return to reposition one or even all of them if after a week of use we thought it necessary. I doubt if we will need to take them up on this offer.All in all a good quality, user friendly system and great service.

Absolutely amazing service from DB Alarms this morning. They arrived really quickly and had our alarm back up and running within half an hour and explained everything that had gone wrong. They definitely know their craft and seemed able to tell the problem just hearing the noise over the phone. Excellent service and brilliant price, highly recommend!!
